Course description
Mineralogy is a course that study of physical, chemical, and optical properties of minerals. The object of theis course is to be able to idendify silicate and other minerals in hand speciment and thin section using polarizing microscope.

แร่วิทยาเป็นการศึกษาคุณสมบัติขอแร่ทางกายภาพ ทางเคมี และทางแสง โดยมีจุดประสงค์ให้ผู้เรียนสามารถตรวจสอบแร่กลุ่มซิลิเกตและกลุ่มอื่น ๆ ได้ ทั้งตัวอย่างก้อนแร่และแร่แผ่นบางภายใต้กล้องจุลทรรศ์แสงระนาบ
