คำอธิบายรายวิชา(ไทย) : องค์การ และกระบวนการจัดการ ได้แก่ การวางแผน การจัดองค์การ การออกแบบองค์การ บทบาทของผู้บริหารในยุคใหม่ และการควบคุม แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการจัดการองค์การ ประกอบด้วย พฤติกรรมกลุ่ม การจูงใจ ภาวะผู้นำในองค์การ การติดต่อสื่อสาร ความขัดแย้งและวัฒนธรรมองค์การ การกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์เพื่อการพัฒนาองค์การให้สามารถตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง
