This course is an introduction to map and atlas reading and navigation, overview of major countries, cities, cultural distribution and diversity, and an explanation of human geographical concepts such as space, place, scale, border, population density, urbanization, overview of major global flows and connectivity: travel, trade, energy, money and cyberspace.
