This course offers a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental principles of health informatics. It aims to equip students with a solid understanding of the key challenges related to the use of information technology in health systems. Additionally, the course provides essential knowledge on the practical application of health information technology in healthcare settings, covering various aspects such as health information systems, electronic medical records, clinical decision support systems, information technology infrastructure, digital health, and information management in health organizations.
