1. Classify topics into groups.

2. Each group should have its theme (e-learning theory, modes of delivery, related terms, years of publication, etc.)

3. The committee have to accept some papers and reject some papers.

4. You need reasons for each category.

5. Everything is totally under the committee’s consideration.
