E-learning is the learning and teaching that involve using computer technologies such as internet, web page, CD-ROM, multimedia and search engines or else for a specific study in order to improve knowledge and performance (Kamon, 2010).

E-learning is an online learning that uses computer and any digital technology for learning, communication, and teaching that can be the key of community development in any field (Punyasit, 2010).

E-learning is the use of technology in learning and teaching process (Puangpradit & Klangpracha, 2010).

Decedop (2000) defined e-learning that any ICT-based teaching and learning is under e-learning discipline.

According to Norri, learning that relies on such information communication technology as computer network, multimedia, content portals, search engines, electronic libraries, distance learning and web-enable classrooms is interpreted as e-learning. (2003, p.112).
