I do agree with "Learning of English through ICT" as a name of this conference because I think this name covered the theme of this conference.

And the place for holding conference, I do accept the "Novotel Centara Hat Yai" as well because I would like to see some conference held on the South of Thailand and the Southern sightseeing may interest the participants to join the conference.
